Intention

MBN-800 machine is intended for preparing pancakes with staff with production potentialities of further pancakes freezing and packing.
This machine can be installed in the departments of frozen semi-finished products manufacturing as well as at large public catering enterprises.
Different kinds of staff can be used such as meat, curds, jam, caviar etc.

Principle of operation:

- baking of continued batter belt;
- cooling of continued batter belt;
- cutting of the batter belt for separate parts;
- distribution of stuffing doze;
- pancake rolling;
- the delivery of pancake to the storage table
